Orders are processed within 8-19 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and handing the order to our carrier partners.
During sale periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Regions
We ship throughout Italy (our main market) and USA.
If you are outside the these countries, availability may vary — check at checkout.
3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

🇮🇹 Italy (Domestic):
Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days
🇪🇺 Other EU Countries:
Standard Shipping: 10–25 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Express Shipping (optional):
1–5 business days (available at checkout where supported by carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx). Note: Some of our products are shipped directly from international suppliers, which may affect delivery time. You’ll always see expected delivery estimates at checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on destination and weight.
Example rates (you can modify these):
Free Standard Shipping on orders over €50
Flat Rate Shipping: €4.90 for orders below €50
5. Customs, VAT & Import Fees
For shipments within the EU, VAT is included at checkout under current EU OSS (One-Stop-Shop) regulations.
For shipments from outside the EU, you may be responsible for customs duties or import VAT when your order arrives in your country. These are not included in our prices.
